We visited the Fountain Room in search of great prime rib and to celebrate a special occasion. The service was spectacular, and the little touches to acknowledge the occasion were very nice. The food was delicious, albeit a bit pricey (though not as much as you'd expect, comparatively speaking). Some of it was a tad cool, but not enough to complain.

Food was great but the service was excessively slow. What should’ve been a 1-1.5 hour meal, maybe 2 hours max, turned into an almost 3 hour meal. Several things were mis-ordered. For example, we ordered a $25 bottle of sparkling rose and were given a $59 bottle. We asked for another bottle of sparkling water and she tried to bring us another bottle of said $59 sparkling rose instead. Overall, just not great service. She was very kind but it was frustrating.

Went to dinner for a friends brithday and had the best time! Food was great and came out at a reasonable time. Katherine was a fantastic server! Very friendly and attentive when it came to one friends cinnamon allergy! We have went before I believe we served by Chelsea who was amazing as well! Definitely recommend!

Space and service was a 10. Pretty sure my espresso was just drip coffee in an espresso cup and the kids breakfast only had 1 egg when we were told it was 2. Cinnamon roll was fantastic. Everything else was good not great.
