Summary- food was delicious, but cold. Food was cooked to perfection but cold by the time it got to us. Service was top notch once they figured out who our server was. First time dining at the Fountain Room. Lovely restaurant, I liked the ambiance. We had a reservation, so were seated quickly with a window seat. We loved our experience here! We came for my birthday and had a card signed by the staff which was an adorable touch! Itzia was AMAZING. She was attentive, kind, gave amazing recommendations, and overall was amazing! The food was amazing (highly recommend the prime) and there wasn’t one thing we got we didn’t enjoy! I would absolutely recommend here.

We went for a pre-movie drink and it was lovely. The space is very nice and the bartenders were kind and knowledgeable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner on Saturday night to celebrate our daughter's master's degree graduation! We were looking forward to steak and cocktails, which were wonderful (rib eye and delicious Supper Club, gin martini and espresso martini).
