The staff were friendly and very informative. The facility was clean and maintained well, they offered many amenities on site. The cost was a little more than I’m willing to pay.
Our names were on a welcome board the day we toured. Everyone was so helpful and informative. The room options were perfect, food is excellent and activities are diverse and offered all day. Dining staff, Nurses and care team are excellent and know everyone by name in the hallways. Great place for my mom.
The facility is beautifully decorated. It is light and bright and kept up reasonably well. Most of the staff is very attentive, friendly and caring.
I am satisfied with the care my husband receives at The Glades at ChamptionsGate.
Most of the staff are pretty good. Some of the people do the minimum. Quality of the care for the most part is good, but sometimes leaves room for improvement. The activities are less than I expected and in a group setting more difficult than I expected they would be. The food for the most part is pretty good. [name removed] had great energy throughout our tour. She was kind, considerate, and patient. I would be comfortable with her being my grandma's advocate. I didn't have to ask about what stands out compared to other places, which has been a breath of fresh air.
The Glades is like a five star resort. There calendar is filled with activities and the staff is wonderful. Always smiling and always anxious to help. They get to know the families. At night about 8p.m. the staff is terrifically busy but, still accommodates the residents with warmth. [Name Removed] and go on dates Friday and Saturday. This was a first visit at the facility. [Name Removed] was excellent and very informative. I appreciated her taking the time to explain and answer many questions.
Clean and nice amenities. The only negative is staffing problems in dining. Absolutely would recommend
