This is a bigger community and a new building. It was more expensive than we anticipated.

It's been wonderful to meet new people and hear their stories and experience their friendliness. I've spoken with some of the residents and most have come here because other residents spoke to them during their tour - that does make a difference. Most of the staff have been very helpful. My apartment is great. I have a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a washer and dryer in my unit. I was able to take all my things out of storage with the space I have here. They do allow pets, I have two cats with me.... read more

This is the best place in the area. The staff are very helpful to work with if the family has questions or concerns. The monthly fee consists of linen changes and laundry, meals, the room, electric, Wi-Fi, and cable are included as well. The food is okay for my loved one. The residents have menu options to choose from.

Our experience has been pretty simple. They're doing what I thought they would do. My loved one seems content and happy here. She's making friends. I do understand that they're going through a management change to Watermark, and I'm waiting to see how that goes.

We could not rate the staff higher, they have been tremendous. This community has been truly life saving for us, there is a real family atmosphere at this community. Everybody greets us when we come to visit, its so upbeat and energetic. Our loved one is laughing again, thriving and enjoying life.

We had a bad initial interaction with my loved one here. There is a new management team, who is working on making improvements for residents. The activities for the residents have been limited due to the pandemic. Movies and board games are some activities currently going on.

Our family had an in person tour and we would of moved in right away, it was so nice and the least expensive out of the other communities we looked at. It reminded us of a hotel in Disney World. Very high ceilings and just very classy and well kept.

Our tour with Merrill Gardens was wonderful. The facility was very nice but it was just out of moms price range.
