The Glades is phenomenal. Today my mother went a one day cruise. The food is excellent and every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. Very clean, updated, there's a monthly calendar of activities. My mother would like more card games but overall it's excellent. I would like to see a shuffleboard court. My mother loves shuffleboard.

The glades is a beautiful well kept facility. The people who live here are very helpful and caring. The staff is well selected and kind to the residents. The outpatient gym is the best PT and OT I have had. I find the administration to be knowledgeable and addresses concerns in a timely manner. 5 on all except value for cost. The initial discussion was that some care points were included. Now she's paying way more on care charges over [fee removed] per month. She doesn't know how much more she is paying otherwise she would reject the escorts to meals. However, based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Not a bad place, kept up to date , friendly staff, but a bit pricy for what you get.

My mother is very happy at The Glades. She is active in several groups, such as the library and a knitting group. She is suddenly an avid bingo player and she enjoys the music at happy hour. The facility is beautiful and cheerful. The laundry service has lost two of her items, which is concerning.

The facility is well maintained. The food is good and the staff are friendly, according to my mom. Housekeeping is consistent and the move in process was very smooth. Management is always willing to work with us. We are happy with the facility.
