We already had a built in dog door in our glass slider, but we got a much larger dog that soon wouldn’t fit thru. Tech can out to take measurements, and less than two weeks, we had a new glass in our slider and a much larger dog door.

All in all a good experience. Communication with the front office was good. There was an issue when taking out the window upstairs, but it was resolved immediately and we are happy with the end result. We plan to use them again..
