Every employee we encounter from beginning to end was professional, communicated well, and worked hard to complete their task associated with our purchase. As well, folks who came to our home to take measurements and to install arrived on time, at their appointed times with no large window wait times (unheard of anymore). Also, we are happy with the door insert product we purchased; it looks nice, allows light in, but still provides privacy.
