Suzette the office manager was awesome. I was able up my necessary parts for my sliding windows and she even offered to video chat me through the repair. I’m m a retired GC so I didn’t need assistance but it was so nice that she offered. Glass Guru has a GREAT reputation and know I know why. They’ll be my go to company for all future needs. I was so impressed that I’ve decided to have them replace all of my window screens and a large picture window. I give them a 5 out of 5 star rating.

This was a total great experience starting with our in home estimate by Richard Engh. Communication with Office staff was very good. Excellent installation and any of my questions were answered. I would recommend The Glass Guru to anyone in need.

Two windows needed replacement and we contacted The Glass Guru based on good reviews. From initial call, to receiving an estimate for windows which fit our needs and budget, to completion of installation all went very smoothly. The installers were courteous, worked neatly and did a great job. We are happy with our new windows and with the treatment we received from all employees at The Glas Guru.
