Based on a manufacturer defect, The Glass Guru’s had to reinstall the same large custom cut window three different times. Unfortunately, on the third try there was very minor accidental damage done to a door jam. What impressed me was the fact that Rich and the office jumped on the situation. It’s easy to rate a company with five stars when everything goes perfect but I kind of see things differently. The glass slider looks really nice with a doggy door on the bottom where our dogs can get through I love the wonderful friendly guys put it in very quickly and my dogs are happy thank you glass guru you have another very satisfied costumer your the best
