In-home appointment was on time & knowledgeable. Everyone in the office was equally helpful. The only thing that might be improved was looking at the emailed catalog. The images were often difficult to view. When I went to the office, the images were much larger & showed better.

Crew was running behind by 30 minutes. They notified me 20 minutes before appt. time. Crew met new time, did their work, cleaned up and took off. Very professional.

I had an amazingly positive experience with The Glass Guru. The estimator, Rich, came to the appointment promptly, provided all the answers to my questions and I received the bid later that day. Once I accepted, an appointment was made within a 10-day timeframe and Ricardo, the technician, showed up on time and was in an out within a few hours accomplishing three window replacements. I will be calling them again for future work.
