They lied to me for over a year then drop my case i would not recommend them you have been warn!
This company not what they say they are, these people's are a bunch of crooks.Thsee lawyers is all about themselves and being cocky, they need to stay off the radio with these lied. The other reviews that's saying they so good is lying these peoples doesn't get their clients enough money to pay noone home off, this is a bunch of hog wash. Godsey martin not about anything .
Poor follow-up! 3 weeks later, and I’m still waiting for my attorney, or anyone , to call me back with a status on my case. Even with all of the new measures recently put in place to avoid this, it’s not working. Perhaps someone will call me soon about my case.
It is so hard to get Ryan Rogers to call us back or anyone else in a timely matter. After speaking with other attorneys, it has come to our attention that my husband should have signed a contract. We have been leaving messages requesting a copy of said contract. It has also been brought to our attention that other injury attorneys put a clause that the attorney will NOT make more money out of your settlement then the client... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They promise to not let you get less than you deserve in a settlement but are allowing me to be robbed blind by one doctor office & they themselves are robbing me blind. Not only that, it’s been ONE YEAR & TWO MONTHS since I was hit & opened my case & I have had to BEG for updates. I’m constantly forgotten. I was suppose to get my pathetic settlement check but I’ve not heard from them for a month now!! So disappointed & will never recommend this criminal company.
This company is the worse. I truely beliveve they don’t fight for their Clients. Never returned calls. You the one who hurt emotionally scared due to being in a accident and when it come to compensation u get pennies compare to what they get. I’m so unhappy with my experience with this company by the way I have two cases.
I have been very disappointed with the poor quality of service I have received from this firm. It's been a year and still no concern, consideration or progress. I guess since I'm in San Antonio my case is not that important. I will NEVER utilize this company for anything in the future. Talk about dragging their feet, smh... a complete waste of my time.
To say that i am dissatisfied would be an understatement. As long as this case has been going on .. Not once have i actually spoken with the attorney's Godsey or Martin as their advertisement states if you're NOT satisfied.. As I've requested several times. Nor have i spoken with the " other " attorney handling my case... So disappointed in these individuals
Horrible experience. Referred my case out after over 6 months getting nowhere. Do not understand reason. Very clear cut case, got hit from behind at a stop sign and suffered back and neck injury. This law firm failed greatly.
