Contact is sparse - when you contact the last person that contacted you - they are no longer there and then you have to start all over again with someone else. Getting very frustrated.
This is the worst experience ever. I have not yet gotten one call from them to let me know what is going on with my case. I'm always the one calling and every time I call I get a voicemail never I have I once gotten a live person to discuss my case. It took me about 2 months to get a hold of a person there and then it says if you haven't had a good experience then contact their Supervisor well guess what not even their Supervisor returns your calls. Terrible. I have been calling for the past 6 months trying to get an update on my case. Leaving messages and no one ever calls me back. It's been a year now that they have been working my case and I don't know that status of it right now.
Godsey Martin law firm sucks. The lawyers are never available to assist you. You always have to leave them a message and they make all these promises that they never keep. In the end you would probably get no money because that is what they did to me. I hate them. I wish I would have never hired them. If I were you I would not hire them as my lawyer.
Not going speak bad about this law firm and I thank you for your time that y'all put into the case but if me and my family ever get in another car accident I think I will be finding somebody else cause at the beginning I was hearing lies after lies and I knew it was a lie but when it got to ms Burnett she made me feel better if I call her if she was busy she always made a effort to call me back
