Horrible experience. Referred my case out after over 6 months getting nowhere. Do not understand reason. Very clear cut case, got hit from behind at a stop sign and suffered back and neck injury. This law firm failed greatly.
This law firm is not good at all i stuggled for 4 mounths got put out my apartment all cuz a driver broke my leg these people did every thing to make my bills hi. The when they got the check omg took them a mouth and still no money been given to me lost my job lost my apartment and broke at the moment asked for a loan they said no to a 200$ loan so i could at least eat. I went through their services over a year and a half ago and they still haven't gotten me my settlement money.
Not good; poor case management and follow through.
Not satisfied; I had to... find the clinic to start my medical treatment (becasue Yasenia didn't know, waited 4 days), get my own medical records from the hospital for the clinic (Yasenia never sent consent), get a copy of the accident report myself to give to the insurance co (Yasenia said it wasn't ready yet for the 3rd wk--while I'm looking at the report in my hand). So far this Law Firm has been very professional very informational and have complete business practice according to the language of the law... Kaysie Ellis has been pretty solid with her Duty and work ethics I'm well pleased with her thus far. But at the end of the day of course the jury still out on this firm for my case remains open and has not settle this issue. Stand by for my opinion and my experience as I continue to move forward with this Law Firm.
I just settled my case through Godsey and Martin, and the process with them have left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wish I would have worked with the insurance company on my own or went through another firm. I feel like they took advantage and lied to get my business, because they tell you they are working for you but that is not the case, because if so how do they get more than you after everything is said and done. My son is still waiting for his case to be resolved. This will be year 4 this Feb/Mar with it still in limbo and he has been transferred idk how many times to different lawyers taking over his case. He spoke to a rep over the Christmas break only to find out his case has been turned over to yet another attorney and will basically have to start back at square one. Simple case where he was hit from behind, should have been an open and shut case. Very frustrating
