Joaquin and his crew including Orlando arrived bright and early to replace our roof, a roof that had been poorly installed only 10 years ago. Joaquin squatted at the edge of the roof and--holding out a handful of rotted crumbling wood--showed me what had taken place under the poorly installed shingles. The sub contractor that did the job was very efficient in his work. The plans he laid out for the job gave me a very stable and efficient deck that I think will last quite awhile. Hopefully the materials will last for a long time. The sub was easy to work with.
