I called Carolina Improvements and Chenoa answered and was the most pleasant person to speak with. I explained our roofing problem and Mark said he’d get his crew on it. They gave us a time and did it! He had Jack and Orlando out in 2 days. He said they’ll call by a certain time and they did!! They actually did what they said. We had a 6' privacy fence and a HUGE composite deck installed. The quality can't be beat! It looks beautiful and was installed on schedule with the utmost professionalism on all fronts. The girls in the office were great as well answering any questions and quick to communicate with us!

We got a new 6' privacy fence from Carolina Improvements and they did an awesome job. They actually were able to schedule us a couple of weeks earlier than they originally estimated. And when we had to delay a day or two for rain, they were able to accommodate our schedule needs as well. The guys that did the installation were friendly and did a very professional job. We're even looking to have them come back in the Spring to redo our deck.

The work on putting gutters on my house was done in a timely and efficient way. After checking on the work a few days ago, I noticed some gaps between the gutters and the fascia boards. It hasn't rained hard enough yet to determine if there would be a problem. I will continue to monitor that. In the meantime, everything went well.

My wife and I are happy to have new Hardie board siding on our house that was purchased and installed by The Improvement Store. Keith and his crew fought through unbearable heat to get the job done in a timely fashion. Looks great! We plan to use them again in the near future to get replacement windows installed.
