Everything was done in a reasonable time. They always checked on me to make sure the people installing our fence was doing it to our satisfaction

There are no words to express how thrilled we are with our new windows and doors. We can already feel a difference in the temperature inside the house. The staff was amazing during the process from beginningto end. Our installers were absolutely awesome. During the installation process (which was in temps over 95°), they gave us continuous updates, were very courteous, and, needless to say, very hard workers. Definitely plan on using this company for other services.

I was hesitant at first with going with Carolina Improvements after reading a few reviews. But I'm glad that I got my windows done. It was fast and pain free. The gentleman that installed the windows was very knowlegeable about the windows and he did a wonderful job. I couldn't be more thrilled. I'm glad that we paid for them up front not fond of long term payments with hidden fees. Now I can enjoy my windows hassle free. Thanks Carolina Improvements for a job well done.

The addition of a privacy fence and a deck has totally changed my backyard. The weather was a problem during the installation, but the crew worked around it and finished. They cleaned all the work debris and I was satisfied with the results. The crew was efficient and worked well together. After looking everything over, it's an awesome job. Love it. I will use them again when I need work done.
