I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ROOF REPLACEMENT JOB THAT YOUR COMPANY DID ON MY HOME. THE OLD ROOF WAS IN VERY BAD CONDITION AND YOUR SERVICE REP CAME OUT DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM ADVISED THAT IT WAS OLD AND BEYOND REPAIR AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED INSTEAD. THEY HELPED US STEP BY STEP WITH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THEY PROVIDED. THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAS RELIABLE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM AND. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

Very pleased with the work provided by Carolina Improvements.. All of the contractors were easy to work with. They cleaned up all of their work areas and made sure that I was pleased with their work. Very pleased with the roofers that came. They replaced all bad wood and checked with during the entire process.

This is an excellent company to deal with. The only complaint I have is that a couple of my window frames had some rotten wood that I felt should have been replaced or that should have been at least brought to my attention. Overall all of the folks I had contact with, from the salesman down to to the installer were excellent to deal with.

Initially we had a couple of delays, but Carolina Improvements took care of the issue without issue. The job is professional and the siding withstood the test of Hurricane Florence!

We contacted the company and the salesman, Josh was great. The price seemed a little high, but with financing and no down payment we went for it. Took a couple weeks to get started on our deck, but Paul did a great job. Clean up was good. we are very satisfied with our new deck.
