She is one amazing realtor!!! It was indeed God connecting me to her, I truly needed someone that would understand me from single mother, and a single woman. She helped me increase my faith and totally help me understand everything about purchasing a house. She gave me steps to prepare myself and that was truly helpful to me being that this was my first time purchasing a home. My situation was a bit unusual. Tria handled it well and was very successful in selling my house and helping me find my new home. The communication was outstanding and she was always there with helpful information and assistance. The buyer made a ridiculously low offer yet Tria was still able to get my asking price and I didn't have to pay any closing cost for the buyer. I highly recommend her and the Joe Carbone Team to anyone who is trying to buy and or sell.

Tria recently managed the listing for my grandmothers house. It was an older home with a lot of acreage and unique situations. Tria worked tirelessly to market the home. She investigated opportunities to market the property in different ways and to different types of buyers. Sherell was personable, professional, detailed, and readily available. She always sent properties to me based on what I was looking for and continuously kept my best interest as a top priority.
