My situation was a bit unusual. Tria handled it well and was very successful in selling my house and helping me find my new home. The communication was outstanding and she was always there with helpful information and assistance. The buyer made a ridiculously low offer yet Tria was still able to get my asking price and I didn't have to pay any closing cost for the buyer. I highly recommend her and the Joe Carbone Team to anyone who is trying to buy and or sell.

I requested more information on a property that I thought would be great for me. Whitney reached out and I spoke with her about 20 minutes and went and viewed that property the next day.
