I cannot rave about the Carbone team enough! I wouldn’t be in my beautiful home if it wasn’t for their knowledgeable, caring , dedicated team! Tria Kreutzer was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so understanding of my needs and most thorough and honest in all of her direction and advice. She truly showed her concern for me. Triaand I had only talked by phone until the day of closing, but when I met her I felt as if I had known her all my life. Even by phone I could sense her integrity and honesty. My wife and I purchased our first home and as first time home buyers we had lots of questions regarding the home buying process and Joe was very patient in answering all of them. When my wife and I live in California and decided to make a home purchase in Atlanta. My wife did a random web search for Atlanta realtors and Tria's name was one of them. She reached out to Trina and Tria responded immediately. My wife explained our situation and needs. Tria is absolutely amazing ! I am so thankful we trusted her to sell our house. Not only did she convince us to list our home for higher than we thought, we received multiple offers and ended up receiving more than the asking price for our home. She made our home selling experience hassle and worry free. Tria worked tirelessly to make sure we accepted the best offer and that we did not leave any money on the table.
