John and his team exceeded all expectations. Open communication when selling a property from a state away, was key, very quick responses in regards to all questions.
We had our townhouse for sale for 6 months and even with reducing the asking price, it did not sell. We called John and he came out right away and within a month he had the property sold. We were very impressed with his quick response, his help and support and most of all his friendliness. He was a pleasure to work with and had knowledge of the area and the townhouses that had already sold. He will be my first call when it's time to sell our current house.
