Tim had great suggestions for staging, and gave us a complete market run down for our area. With this information it was much easier for us to set a reasonable price on our home. Our home sold in 13 days. He didn't disappear after the sale he kept an eye on the whole process so it met the closing date. We had bought a house in another state and his attention to detail in Mn. while we were gone was a solid comfort. He earned our trust and thanks.
