John and his team are incredible. They made the buying process easy. Although, we as buyers had hurdles to jump through multiple times, they assured us the job would get done. The job was done and we are now it our new home! Thanks John and your staff! Great group to work with!

I had planned to sell my house for a while. I had met with several agents before picking John Schuster. John gave me great information on what to do to my house and what to skip in preparing it to go on the market. John also provided contact information for professionals for jobs I was unable to do myself. John followed up often to see how things were going. When my house was ready to list I got 4 good offers in less than 2 days. I ended up with more money for my than I had thought I would.

Communication was excellent. Team was efficient and thorough. After a less-than-satisfying listing experience a year ago we were a little gun-shy. John and his team gave us straight answers and communicated every step of the way. John says he markets differently and better than other realtors. We're not really sure what the team does for marketing (and honestly don't care!), but the results were this: after 3 days on the market we had 3 offers and we ended up with a solid Purchase Agreement for more than the listing price. In the past 3years I have listed my home 3 times, the first two times with other listing agents I had had some interest but no offers and plenty of negative comments about my home. I responded to a mailing from John, met with him and was pleasantly surprised when he indicated he could sell my house in a very short time if I made just a few minor changes. John is a true professional! He "gets it"! As a sales professional myself, I found that John was the only one of my 3 realtors ( 2 previous) that followed through on what he said! I would not hesitate to hire John as a realtor again in the future.

Very happy that we chose John to help sell our current town home, and buy a new home. He knew the areas, what to look for, how to stage your house etc... you could just tell he has done this thousands of times before, and knows what he is talking about. He even managed to plan a double closing with an impatient buyer, with everything going smoothly. I would highly recommend John if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
