Clearly most reviewers have had a good experience with this group. Mine was not. I cancelled the listing after 6 weeks. The effort on the house seemed to end with the listing, and from there we just went through the motions. An agent from their office brought a client through three times, but it turned out the couple was prequalified for only 2/3rds of the listing price. We contacted Schuster based on the radio ads we heard on WCCO AM radio. I submitted a contact request via his website, and within one hour Schuster himself had contacted me! We met with him and another member of his team less than a week later, where they talked us through the listing process and their 70+ point marketing plan. our main contact was Schuster's associate, who kept us up to date on house activities via email and texting.
