If I could Mikey 200 out of 5 I would. He has been amazing to work with, I won’t work any other realtor again. Throughout the process he was incredibly professional and kept my best interest / requirements at the forefront. He was brutally honest (and even pickier on properties than myself). Additionally, Mikey did an amazing job managing expectations and finding me the right place. I could not be happier with my purchase!!
Mike was absolutely wonderful. He helped us find our first house in a really rough market. We had no experience with the process when we started and Mike helped us set realistic goals for a house we could afford and be happy in. The previous owners of our new house made the process quite frustrating and unpleasant, but Mike was there every step of the way to make sure we got through it as smoothly as possible. Hoping to work with Mike again in the future and would recommend him to any friend.
Working with Steve Varhol was fantastic! He communicated throughout the entire buying process and continues to communicate after closing to verify all items listed in the purchase agreement are being completed in a timely manner. One of Steve’s sayings is to, “Trust, but verify.” Steve was great at verifying everything in question. I highly recommend using Steve as your agent!
Mike helped our family find and secure the house we hope to be in forever. We spent a lot of time talking about what our wants/needs were and he nailed it. He's knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. When it came time to make the offer his insight and advice absolutely secured the property for us.
