Miles was extremely helpful from start to finish. He asked what I was looking for, price range, etc. He then added me to an email list that sent properties based on my requirements daily. He was very responsive and to the point. He won't push you into a house just to make a sale, or because it's in your budget. He does his best to put you in the right house.
Shannon is very professional and insightful and is an expert on the real market. She is very knowledgable about the local real estate market and trends. She asks details questions about what the consumer is looking for too she can provide options that appeal to the consumer. Shannon was such a joy to work with. She helped me purchase my first house! She answered any questions I had about the properties we were looking at. She was always just a phone call away. She even recommended a lender for me to use, which got me a great intrest rate! The best part of all, she got me a price under what I was looking to pay for the house!
