I would highly recommend Miles to anyone buying a house in the tri-cities area. He always responded when we contacted him, was available every time that we requested showings, and was very knowledgeable, which was indispensable for first time home buyers. He was very patient as we discovered exactly the type of house we were looking for. When it came to negotiating he was able to get us a better price than we anticipated.
Miles went above and beyond any expectations one could have for what a realtor should or could do. Because I had already re-located to another city, Miles took it upon himself to handle several projects that needed to get done as a result of home or mortgage inspections. I've heard of realtors recommending contractors, but never actually doing some of the smaller projects themselves, like replacing a sump pump that no longer worked.
