I decided to have the lasik vision institute to perform my laser surgery because they have locations all of the country which I needed for my traveling job. The procedure was super quick and easy and the staff was so friendly. The only reason my review is not 5 stars is because I do not believe I was thoroughly prepared for what my vision was going to be like. I had the contoura lasik procedure done about 4 weeks ago. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and flexible. I had had amazing results and the follow up after the procedure has been very thorough. I would definitely do it again if I had the decision to make again! I have given so many people the thumbs up to this facility and procedure.
DARLA & JENNIFER! That is all I need to say. These 2 lovely ladies are the heart of The LASIK Vision Institute. I checked a few LASIK places, went in for the free evaluations, spoke with doctors, discussed payments, etc. LASIK Vision had a Groupon sale going on but so did another LASIK center in my general area. These guys were the bomb dot com. They dealt (and continue to deal) with my constant joking. They even join in with me. Every member of the team remembers things going on in my life. I feel as though they take their patients lives into consideration and they go out of their way to remember the happenings in their patients’ lives as well. I am so grateful for Dr. Beyer and staff at the Lasik Vision Institute – Richmond. Before the surgery my eye-sight was -8.00 with astigmatism. One could naturally assume I was a complete skeptic about how successful the surgery would be. Without glasses or contacts my phone would almost have to be touching my nose for me to see what was on the screen. I placed my trust in the staff there and they guided me in the right direction. My experience at The LASIK Vision Institute was a super easy and enjoyable one. The staff was warm and friendly, making me feel welcomed and totally safe. They answered any/all questions that I had and made sure that I felt as comfortable as possible going into surgery.
