From the beginning these people of been nothing but supportive. I came in for my consultation, and I made people I can relate to in the process. Some of them have had the Lasix procedure done, so they can speak on experience. They were always very considerate on how I was doing, and did their very best during the procedure to make me feel comfortable as possible. And they even work with me on how to pay for everything. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Worth every penny spent for correction free vision. I recommend LVI to everyone I talk to. I even gave a little spill to some of the folks asking questions around their booth at the Southern Women's Show this past weekend! Can't wait for my other family members visit!
i was told day of surgery that if I had any question to call even after hours and I would reach someone. Called at 12pm day after surgery and didnt answer phone. Was told by call center for entire company that the center would place a note for call back about my question. did not get a call back until 5 pm two days later. day of post opt appointment the waiting room was full. told to wait in car and would get a call when room was open. had to call front desk 40 minutes after my scheduled time to ask if I would be seen. they... read more
BUYER BEWARE. This company filed ch. 11 bankruptcy & is not honoring the lifetime warranty at ANY of their locations. I just called their Cincinnati location (blue ash) to schedule my 1 year. Dont spend your hard earned money with them. Run‼️
RecommendedAll of the staff members at The Lasik Vision Institute are friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I had Lasik Thursday and it was quick and painless. The next day I had 20/20 vision! I’m so glad I did it! Thank you!
