RecommendedThe staff is very friendly and answered any questions and concerns I had. Most importantly, the results of the procedure - I could see 20/15 the day after surgery! Would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting LASIK.

My appt was at 10:30, I arrived at 10:35. The receptionist was on the phone when I arrived. After listening to the conversation, I realized she was just having small talk, with another patient. I sat for almost 10 minutes, before I received any assistance. Another employee had to come out of an office, ask for my ID and give me paperwork to fill out. I would recommend lasik vision institute to anyone who has thought about lasik. The people are great! Friendly and full of information! They take the time to make sure you understand everything and have no problem answering questions. The procedure was quick and there was no pain!! It was the greatest thing I’ve done in years. So I just wanted to thank you guys at lasik vision institute for everything!

I had the lasik eye surgery (PRK) 5/21/18 at the Forest Ave location Richmond Va. And my vision is still blurry. The after affect from the surgery was very painful for me for about 2 1/2 days, I stayed closed up in my bedroom in pure darkness because the pain was so bad. Now a month later my eyes hurt from squenching my eyes so much trying to read. I can't read my mail, store labels, the TV guide on my tv or even to put tooth paste on my tooth brush. This place is horrendous. They have one goal in mind and that is to get your payment. Very unprofessional! They don't tell you in advance about the procedure your having done, possible results, negative effects, etc. They run you through the office like a herd of cattle, your seen by an out of state doctor the day of your procedure, and that's it. This place is not somewhere you want having mess with your eyes and vision. Please google them before coming here so your aware of the reviews on them. Biggest mistake coming here.
