Note - LONG review. Ive been in glasses for 18 years. I wasnt a fan but I had accepted them. My friend got her eyes done, loved it, and suggested LVI. I went in for a consultation on a Tuesday, had my surgery that Saturday, and when I went in Sunday (today 7/21) for a post op check up I already had 20/15 in both eyes! What a phenomenal experience...from the initial consultation, to the pre op visit, to the surgery date, and to the first post op visit. I went from having 20/400 vision prior to the surgery to 20/15 vision on first post of visit ... which was the day after the surgical date. The staff (Lilly, Jenny, Darla, Sandy, and the Doctors on staff) are truly unbelievable!!! They help me with my anxiety of having the Lasik procedure done. IM FREE!!! 20 years of glasses and contacts and today I’m free of them both! I want to thank everyone at the The Lasik Vision Institute in Richmond. Everyone was courteous, informative, and easy to work with. Lily you’re the best you really know how to treat your clients and do what’s best for them. Thank you again! This is truly bitter sweet.
Everything about them is awesome the staff was really care giving make you feel comfortable about the procedure the doctor broke it down in detail what was going to be done in what order it would be done in they are real supportive if u have any question after the procedure they are the best in my opinion

Second office I’ve been to, staffing at both have been great! They work with you and follow up on your progress. They are just as excited as you are when they see the improvements. They work with your schedule and fit you in quickly. Great organization and best $$ I’ve spent on me!
Went for my initial consultation last month. Scheduled surgery for 5/23. I will be honest... I was very scared. But now 24 hours later... My vision went from 20/400 to 20/20 overnight!!! I keep asking myself "why did I wait so long??" 26 years in glasses. The procedure itself was super quick. May be a total of 6 minutes (at the most). Id do it again if I had to. Thanks to the entire staff. From Jen (the branch manager) to the surgeon to the nurses. Y'all are awesome!!! Thanks for everything!!
It’s been a wonderful experience from before the procedure to my now third follow up! 20/15 vision, can’t beat it! PRK was painful the first few days after, but they told me to expect it, and answered all of my questions before, during, and after the procedure!
The staff is amazing here. They make you feel like they really care. I had my surgery done yesterday around 4 and I woke up this morning and I can see!!!! Greatest feeling ever. Thank you guys so much!
