Everyone was so friendly yet professional; they answered my questions before I could even ask. On the day of my surgery, Dr Ireland told me what would happen and how it would feel, and also gave me much-appreciated auditory cues to remember to take some deep breaths. Special shout-outs also to Dr Smith and Brittney - I saw them both for my follow-up and once again, they answered all my questions before I could ask. Everyone understands that they are working on people’s eyes, and they take that responsibility seriously.
The ladies checking me in were very nice and professional. The surgeon was very helpful explaining step by step every was going to happen. The after care team was extremely nice and truly cared about how I was healing. The surgery was a success.
