We had a 1130 appt. Didnt get in until 2pm. Really dont like it when they can't keep the appointment time!

They have been in business doing state of the art lasik surgery for 20+ years. They are professional, prestigious, compassionate, there for you personally, same surgeon is there when I had my 1st surgery 20 years ago. The staff is there for you every step of the way. Plenty of financial options to make your vision to see without glasses or contacts. Open on weekends fantastic experience
Received no less than 6 emails and 3 phone calls "Reminding" me of my appointment. Arrived early and proceeded to sit for 45 minutes without anyone talking to us. We left. Perhaps I should have reminded them of my appointment. I will not be going back.
I got this done 6 years ago and paid extra for the free touch ups for life. I went back January of 2017 because my eyes were bad enough that I needed glasses again. They did a touch up after I left a not so nice review. Now, my eyes are worse than they were in January and no one has returned my calls on what my options are. Don't waste your money on the free touch ups!!! Even if you follow the rules they won't fix it right again.
I won a $2000 off the procedure at Comic-Con in Madison. Drove over an hour away to get a free eye exam and the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. They did the first part of the exam and never did the complete eye exam. I had to buy a pair of sunglasses since they told me that they would be dilating my eyes. Complete waste of my time, resources, and money.
Horrible, horrible experience. You will wait a minimum of 45 minutes for EVERY appointment. I don't mind waiting, as most office appoitments make you wait, but 45 minutes EVERY time is improper planning. The ladies working the front staff are rude, and loudly talk about patients as soon as they leave the room. And finally, my vision is nowhere near the 20/20 vision.
