Had lasik done in July of 2015, paid for the lifetime coverage (get a regular exam each year, fax over paperwork yearly, and you're covered for life if you need a touch up down the road). I also had 2 permanent plugs put in. One plug fell out at some point about 6 months ago and I just went in today for a free replacement. If you're debating about plugs: do it!! They make the world of difference. Highly satisfied with everyone's customer service and Dr. Ireland is wonderful!

I highly recommend this location for your LASIK! The staff is amazing, the surgery was easy, everyone was helpful and nice and caring! My only negative is how long my wait time was surgery day (Saturday), which they warned me of, but it was still a bummer. Waiting 3.5 hours for never needing a prescription again is worth it. Love this place, highly recommend the surgery and at this location!
Just had my PRK procedure done, and would recommend this location to everyone who is considering LASIK. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. The techs explain all the testing that is required to be considered for the procedure. Brittney is great, explaining everything about the procedure and pricing, to answering questions. Dr. Ireland is the best. I was very anxious about getting PRK done and all of the staff were patient, kind, and professional. My results are good so far as I got the procedure done 2 weeks ago.
