I was a high anxiety patient and it was over so quick! I wish I would have done this years ago! The office manager and staff were very supportive of my fears and Dr Ireland talks you through the whole thing!
I would not recomend going anywhere else. The staff is phenominal! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. The surgeon (Dr. Ireland) made the surgery feel very relaxed and comfortabled. The manager (Brittney Fidlin) explained any questions I had with a positive energy that's hard to find anywhere. I drove 4 hours to get lasik here and don't regret anything!
When i went to the Lasik Vsion Institute in Brookefield,Wisconsin my purpose is only to see if iam qualified for Lasik and of course it free consultation but the people there are so NICE and HELPFUL especially the manager BRITTNEY FIDLIN ,she explained it to me very clearly and she assisted me all through out from the first day until the third day for my first check up after my surgery she even arranged to the Pharmacy what i need for prescreption .She is an one of a AMAZING manager iv'e ever meet and iam working on it to gi... read more
I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone there was super wonderful, encouraging and helpful. The doctors were very patient. My only critique was the waiting. I was scheduled for surgery at 12:30 and it was after 2 when I went back. Thank you everyone I love my eyes
We had a 1130 appt. Didnt get in until 2pm. Really dont like it when they can't keep the appointment time!
