This was the easiest "major" thing I have ever done. They took care of me and did everything FOR ME. The whole process was so easy, and required very little of my time. I was told not to worry (and I'm a worrier) that they would handle everything, and that, they did. My house went on the market on a Friday and by the following Tuesday I had a contract and it was sold! I highly recommend Jennifer Carstensen, as she has put a terrific team in place and they definitely get the job done!!!

My agent through Jennifer was Aaron Edwards and Aaron really cared about what I wanted and answered any and every silly question I had about the homebuying process. He was very personable and respectful and fun to look at houses with. Gold stars all the way.

Jen and a member of her team, Aaron Edwards were both extremely helpful in not only our home selling process but also in our home purchasing process. Jennifer and her team were wonderful to work with! Our house was extremely challenging since it had already been on the market for a year when we contacted her. When she met us for the first time, she came fully prepared with research, statistics and affordable recommendations. In less than 3 months, the house sold and she made everything feel seamless! My agent was Aaron Edwards. I was a 1st time home buyer and he made the experience extremely comfortable and easy. He was completely honest about everything I asked, and was persistent in helping me find the exact thing I was looking for for my family. I contacted Aaron Edwards in July 2014 about looking at a home. He responded back to me less than a couple hours. He is the most friendly realtor I have ever met and very kind. Had answers to all my questions that I asked him and trust me I gave him lots of questions, but he had an answer for each and every one of them. Aaron Edwards did an excellent job in helping my wife and I purchase or recent house. My wife was constantly in contact with Aaron asking for updates on his searches and he never got impatient with our house buying experience. He was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking for and he showed us several potential great houses. We have used another agent before from a different company and we ultimately grew weary of him as he didn't really seem to get what we were looking for. We were very impressed with the teamwork and ability to speak with someone knowledgeable within a day of each contact. Our process ended up being very cumbersome and long, but April and Jennifer were responsive and they stuck in there with us through the thick and thin.
