I have recommended... (Verified Renter) I have recommended this complex, but with rates continuing to go up, especially on a resident that has been there long term, I'm on the fence.
Honestly, I wish... (Verified Renter) Honestly, I wish the apartment was more airy. There's only one window in the bedroom (for 1 BHK), no window in bathroom, kitchen. The only option is to open living room door which is not always feasible because of mosquitos and bugs. But madison scores above other apartments in terms of high ceilings and newer construction. Rent should be more reasonable.
The community looked... (Verified Renter) The community looked well cared for. The apartment I saw was very nice, spacious, and would meet my needs. I like the gated community aspect too!
Not only did... (Verified Renter) Not only did the office call an hour after i submitted my early morning ticket to confirm if they could come by that day, but the very nice maintenance guy came by an hour after that and fixed the problem immediately. The issue was a broken hose in the tank of the toilet in my apartment and was certainly time sensitive, and was handled quickly and expertly!
The only negative... (Verified Renter) The only negative is they did not come back and finish - there is still a huge fan near my laundry and a hole in the drywall
The location is... (Verified Renter) The location is convenient to anything you need, with access to major roadways nearby. Many if the neighborhood offerings are within walking distance. Safety and security of the residents is exemplified by the maintenenece of the grounds and access gates. Snow cleanup is prompt. Covered parking is a plus. Neighborhood activities fosters neighbor and management relationships.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it based on service both in the office and the maintenance personel. However, cost of living in the apartment complex would cause me to not recommend it.
