We have had... (Verified Renter) We have had very few maintenance issues since being here but the few we have had have not been completed. It is an ongoing issue with ice maker. Am waiting still for bathroom ceiling to be painted after a water leak and that was almost a year ago!

I feel the... (Verified Renter) I feel the apartment complex could do more with all the toys and the bicycles people leave laying around. Half the time I feel like I live in a daycare with all the toys and kids bikes in the courtyard.
