Its decent but there is Better! We have lived here for 2 years now and really it is a great community, and is close to everything but at the same time, for the money there is better out there. The staff has always been friendly when things are great but once there is an issue it has been difficult for them to take things seriously (like air conditioning not working 4 times while living here). If you want to get acclimated here it is as great place to start but do your research first :)
The Madison at Spring Oak The grounds are beautiful, good space, high ceilings, great closets, great location. The biggest negative is that there are no sidewalks for walking, so residents walk and children ride bikes and scooters in the street.
Move out experience is really bad They charge you for everything when you move out, carpet stove etc not a great move out experience
