I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the location of this apartment complex. I like the size of the apartments and the floor plans. I would ask for more benches so that people could sit outdoors placed all over the complex.

I recommend the... (Verified Renter) I recommend the service of the maintenance staff. When something goes wrong, it is quickly fixed. (With exception to the windows that have lost their seal and haven't been replaced for 2 years.) I like the trees, the large porch and the privacy of my unit. I like the pools and the maintenance of the grounds. I like that most of the area is quiet. The location in Short Pump is ideal. The larger size of the bathrooms are nice. Too many loud,... (Verified Renter) Too many loud, dirty neighbors with children who play in the parking lots. For residents without children who work from home, like me, it is not ideal.

The grounds could... (Verified Renter) The grounds could be better taken care when there is litter it is not picked up, of and the dog poop bins need emptying more frequently.

We have had... (Verified Renter) We have had very few maintenance issues since being here but the few we have had have not been completed. It is an ongoing issue with ice maker. Am waiting still for bathroom ceiling to be painted after a water leak and that was almost a year ago!
