I think that... (Verified Renter) I think that there are newer buildings in the neighborhood that are in better condition. However, the size of apartments tends to be smaller and their prices are higher… so it would depend on what my friends are looking for.

Staff was amazing.... (Verified Renter) Staff was amazing. Bobbi, Tani, Mat, Galen, Danny, Carolina, every one of them were awesome! Green/LEED community (which was extremely important to us). Location, location, location! Price was fantastic for the size!
The grounds are... (Verified Renter) The grounds are well kept, the staff are great, and the location is perfect. It's pricey to live in this area, which will turn some people off (maybe this is a good thing). It's an extremely dog-friendly community which is wonderful but it would be better if there was a place where dogs can be off-leash and it's not a hinderance for those who aren't into the dog-apartment life. I'm sure there is something creative out there to try out at the Matisse.
I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been very satisfied with my experience at the Matisse. My apartment is great, the office staff are very nice. The maintenance staff is incredible. I have had two minor issues since move in. They were handed very promptly. One was very silly (my dishwasher was making a funny noise and it turned out to the uppermost blade hitting a tall cup) but Mat fix the issue and left a very nice note explaining what it was. I so appreciate prompt, thoughtful maintenance!
