Working with Melinda Mente lead to the rapid sale of our home. She toured our home to help us stage it beautifully and prepare it for sale. We worked with her comparing comps and arriving at the perfect price point. She was a wonderful mediator between ourselves and the buyer. She is clearly knowledgeable, dedicated, professional, and easy to work with. Our family is grateful we worked with her.

Mary is the best person we could have asked for to help us find a good home and walk us through the home buying process. We were first time buyers and very intimidated by everything initially, but working with Mary made it easy. She never pressured us, would give us honest and frank advice, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. I can't imagine working with anyone else, especially as a first time buyer.

From the start to the end: Mary is punctual, she never missed anyone of the probably 8-10 viewings we had. She is reachable, always stays in contact and reaches out with any updates or pertinent information. Marla was extremely helpful in assisting me in my house search. Home buying was new to me but, but Marla helped me navigate the search for a new home. She was always respectful and took the time to explain anything that I did not understand. It did not matter when I called her she quickly respond via email text or phone call. She knows her job and she does it very well. I am well pleased with the home I bought and the person who helped me find it.

I would recommend The MD Home Team of Keller Williams Legacy--- Vance Ziglar was great. He answered any questions I had. He said he would sale my house in 30 days but he did better than that. My house sold in 1 week. WOW!!! He took great detail in advertising my home. He is very friendly and helpful. Thank you Vance for all your expertise. Thank you Kelly for all your help also.

By far the best in my experience. Vance and the rest of the team knocked it outta the park! Can't say enough about how seemless the whole process was. Professionalism, at every stage of the game from timely appointments and showings to follow through and checkbacks all the way to closing and settlement! Still hasn't kicked in that we got our dream, but this was a ride everyone should enjoy not dred. Soooo pleased and can't wait til we are all settled in. Thanks again to all. The Mundy's

Vance is consistent and responsive. He communicates very well and responds quickly to calls and texts. He was readily available to allow me to view homes I wanted to see; sometimes the same day or hours after I requested to view a home. As a first time homebuyer he helped me understand the process and terminology. I honestly learned a lot. Vance is very good at breaking down the contracts and documents in a user friendly manner.
