When I looked at average days on market for a beach front condo in winter, they were nuts, over 4 months! Mary sold my condo in about 6 weeks in December! She made the whole process a breeze. She expertly negotiated repairs and always made me feel like I was her number one priority. The condo looked like it was out of a magazine and had great traffic. If she says to pay for staging: DO IT! She is the best. I would recommend her over and over again.
