I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the location and staff yet appliances are way to old. Loads of small laundry take 2-3 60 minute cycles dish washer runs but doesn't clean so I just hand wash everything. Ice stinks in the 20 year old fridge so you gotta by bag. Makes everything cost more and takes more time.

I lived here... (Verified Renter) I lived here 6 years in a Breckinridge. Loved my unit and the community. For that reason, I would recommend the community. This transition/move to the Aspen was horrible, but the Office worked to quickly rectify most things.
The grounds are... (Verified Renter) The grounds are kept well. One exception: the cracked steps aren't replaced until they break. No preventative measures taken. If someone gets hurt that will create issues. The maintenance crew are quick and thorough

We feel this... (Verified Renter) We feel this community is very homey & comfortable. All of the greenspace and landscaping is wonderful. I would, and have, recommend Meadows.
