I would have... (Verified Renter) I would have to warn anyone of the noise between units. However, I love the style and flow of my apartment, the grounds landscaping, the patios and the prompt plowing/shovelling. I believe it is the best apartment complex on the south side of Denver.

I feel very... (Verified Renter) I feel very accommodated and comfortable here. The community is so unusual with it's trees, grass and animals. THere has been SOOO much crime in Parker lately and during covid, but the Meadows community is one I absolutely feel safe walking alone, at night and with my child!
It's a beautiful... (Verified Renter) It's a beautiful community and affordable. The issue is that the floors are thin enough to hear neighbors all day and night and the parking situation is awful. If you're a couple living in a one bedroom apartment be prepared to always have to park together. And if you have guests their screwed.

Always kept clean... (Verified Renter) Always kept clean and manicured. Dog waste is a problem. Residents not picking up after their pets. Lack of parking spaces is also a problem

I truly enjoy... (Verified Renter) I truly enjoy the area. Much quieter than the other side of I25. Green areas very well maintained. Apartment is spacious and has all my basic needs.
