I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here. It is clean. Seems like 9 out of 10 owners clean up after their dog. That's excellent in a pet friendly community. I would say let's get to 99%!

Lot's of hidden fees, unrealistic concepts about keys and garage openers. You rent an apartment to 2 people should have 2 of everything and not have to pay and request. The appliances are absolutely horrible. Newly renovated- paying top dollar and the appliances are bottom line, the refrigerator is tiny small for an apartment, washer and dryer new but bottom line, glass stop stove ... read more

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend but it has been a difficult process to rent. Management changed prices, where not accommodating, charged first and last month. Difficult process.
