The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is quiet and well kept up. We're "in between" houses and haven't lived in an apartment for 30+ years; we didn't want loud parties, loud cars; stupid kids and unkept grounds. We're very happy.

Other than the... (Verified Renter) Other than the prices (which is a problem the entire area suffers from) this is a great place to live and these are great apartments. Love the layouts and the attached garages. Wish there was more or better parking available. Some units have plenty of extra room for a 2nd vehicle but others (like ours) has nothing anywhere nearby. The only visitor parking nearby has a scant 5 or 6 spaces that are perma-taken.
