I requested that... (Verified Renter) I requested that the patio doors have weather stripping installed on the bottom of the doors between the door and the threshold. That was not addressed to the best of my knowledge. I will be submitting another service request.

Rent is high... (Verified Renter) Rent is high and the quality of the finish work and appliances did not warrant the increase. The stove was replaced once and is very dangerous as how hot it gets when oven is on. Burners never worked correctly and had to be readjusted after each use. . Blinds and sills were painted over. Very sloppy painting and finishing work. Hot water took 5 minutes to heat up in shower and on spickets. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community because the office personnel work hard to make it a nice community and and they do a good job in keeping the community informed.
Parking is difficult... (Verified Renter) Parking is difficult for visitors or if more than one person is living in a unit. Fortunately, I don't have that issue but I do find it difficult to invite guests over because I'm worried they won't be able to find parking.
Carpet in my... (Verified Renter) Carpet in my unit looked tired when I moved in several years ago. The clubhouse always smells of air freshener - I don't want to be in there to work out because of it so I'm not getting an amenity I'm paying for. Limit my use of the business center for the same reason. No one listens to my feedback on this.
I WOULD RECOMMEND... (Verified Renter) I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE. IT HAS A NICE OPEN FEELING. THE ONLY DRAWBACK WOULD BE THE RENT IS A LITTLE HIGH.
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here for 12yrs & needless to say I am completely happy. While The Meadows is an older complex & doesn't have all the new modern features of the newer places I would totally recommend it. Whenever I have needed something fixed (which has not been often) it was handled right away. The Meadows is safe, comfortable, & a really pleasant place to live.
