I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been here 12yrs & love it. For an apartment complex it is pretty quiet. I feel very safe here as well. Office staff & maintanence people are all very nice & helpful.
Parking issues are... (Verified Renter) Parking issues are strongly enforced and not enough open parking spaces. Also I have to tell my friends to expect significant rent increases.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend because: TWO story buildings are awesome -- hate 3 stories and higher. Community was not too large, and more like a condo neighborhood. Community was very well kept, beautiful landscaping, and very quiet with great location. Attached garages are a real positive. Very nice amenities, and wonderful staff!

My experience with... (Verified Renter) My experience with the staff has been exceptional. The community is well maintained and quiet and although it's only been a few weeks, I really enjoy my experience here.
The issues that... (Verified Renter) The issues that we had when we moved in were taken care of promptly and the office staff as well as maintenance have been extraordinary.
I really like... (Verified Renter) I really like this community. Not thrilled with parking or the raise in rent especially since the apts in general are outdated.

The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue I had when moving in, was that the following week I had someone come into my house with a key and it was a service guy. He came in while I was on a call because I work remotely from home but was upstairs and couldn't answer the door. He said that we were informed that they do annual apartment checks but we just moved in so we didn't get this.
