Plan to pay Guaranteed they will manufacture something to charge you with after you leave. Low flow means you flush the toilet over and over and taking a shower will feel like someone is spitting on you. "Renovated" unit means they took out the older higher quality cabinets and replaced with cheap junk that will fall apart and you will see the cut marks on. Your "renovated' unit will come with old appliances that are falling apart.

This place is a joke! Don’t waste your money! This place is a joke! They raised rent $300 with no improvements, as a matter of fact the fridge broke and they gave us a worse one. The parking area has no working light so my car was stolen and they did nothing. If you like paying some greedy agents this is the place.

The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are old and outdated. The carpet was crunchy it was so old. The apartment stunk with perfumed fragrance when we moved in as if they were trying to cover up odors instead of cleaning. They are over priced for what you receive. Poor layout in the apartment.
