Its not the worst and far from the best AUM Inc, the utility company, is horrible. 20$ late fees, unable to change ABP date, charged fee for payment when not on ABP, basically anti consumer. Management threatened me once about and issue they had with me upon my first warning. I advised to just give a heads up instead of threaten me and they have left me alone since then. This apartment complex... (Verified Renter) This apartment complex is SO outdated for the money you spend for rent, it's very expensive, I would tell them to look at the newer apartments that are around, you can spend the same amount of money for a new & updated apartment.
Squezed out Every year our apartment rent increases approximately $100. It's a nice place but it's not so nice to warrant $170 increase this year. having gone from 1720 to 2080 in three years I think it is time to move. This complex is nice but the rent is way to high considering there will be no return on the investment.
Meadows at Meridian The apartment is not sound proof or insulated very well. Many times, you can clearly hear what your neighbors are doing and saying. Electric bills are high for an apartment - $110 for 800 sq ft. and that is using the air and heat conservatively. Many people do not pick up after their pets, probably due to the fact that there are very few pet waste containers located through out the property even though it has been requested that more be added.
