When our family moved to Santa Clarita 12 years ago from Long Beach, Neal was amazing! I really didn't want to move "way up here" , but it has been the best place for our family. There is a lot of emotional stuff that goes on with a move, and Neal was always the calm, understanding, great listener and consummate professional. I fell in love with our house right when I walked through the front door. The sellers didn't make the process easy, but Neal kept everything on course and we got the house we wanted. He's the best!

My husband and I were interested in a house that was not on the market. Neal contacted the buyer (who lived in another city) and within 2 weeks we had an accepted offer. The challenge began....we needed to sell our home to close. Neal had our home on the market for 3 days and we had 3 offers. He actually sold our home for $25K over asking.
